We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will play a critical role in executing the community strategy for all projects, like Hellboy: Web of Wyrd and many others to come. 

The ideal candidate should be responsible for creating and publishing assets, building and updating content calendars, and organizing community activities with the team. You will also be required to provide insights from the community to support game production and marketing efforts.

In addition, the Community Manager will be responsible for communicating with content creators, setting up content creator programs, and building relationships with them. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.

Job Summary

Community Manager is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of community activity for all games. Main responsibilities include content creation and planning, community management and growth, finding innovative ways to grow GSE communities and supporting marketing and production with insight from the communities. 

Responsibilities
  • Helps in overall execution of community strategy for all projects
  • Responsible for asset creation and publishing 
  • Builds and updates content calendars
  • With the team, builds and executes community activities 
  • Supports game production with insights from the community
  • Owns the overall execution of community strategy for all projects
  • Communicating with content creators and setting up content creator programs
  • Responsible for asset creation and publishing 
  • Builds and updates content calendars for social media
  • Supports game production and marketing with insights from the community
Qualifications
  • 3-4  years of total experience
  • Majority in games, with 1-3 game launches of relevant size
  • Has built several communities
  • Has built pex pipelines
  • Has some creative experience
  • Has set up organic influencer programs
  • Experience with setting up and running weekly streams
  • Is knowledgeable of paid social media and overall social media tactics/strategies
